Jon has been a licensed financial adviser for more than 30 years and has lived in Bunbury since completing university in 1991. He completed his Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Planning) and has an Honours Degree in Applied Science. When not at work, Jon enjoys surfing, travel, live music, keeping fit and spending time with his family & his beloved ' fur babies' .

Fred began working at Dixon Financial Group in March 2012. He has an Honours Degree in Commerce, as well as an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. Fred has been working in the financial services industry for over 20 years. In his spare time, Fred enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his kids in their sporting endeavours and, in Summer, he still tries his luck at cricket (even though his body is telling him it’s time to quit). Travelling to new places to explore & experience different cultures is also a favourite pastime.

Helen started with DFG in 2018 as our Receptionist and moved into her current role as SMSF Admin Officer in 2022. She can assist you with all of your Self-Managed Superannuation Fund enquiries. When not at work, Helen loves spending time with her grandchildren, walking, caravanning and reading (when time allows!).

Renae Sellenger, Client Onboarding Officer | contact: renae@dixonfg.com.au

Renae is responsible for reviewing Statements of Advice (SOAs), overseeing advice implementation, and supporting advisers to ensure recommendations are implemented accurately. She also assists in managing the overall compliance obligations for the office procedures and works closely with clients throughout the onboarding and advice process. She is your key contact for superannuation rollovers, fund investments, and advice implementation, providing support and guidance throughout the client onboarding journey.

Livana (Liv) Martinez, Trading Officer | contact: livana@dixonfg.com.au

Liv is responsible for the execution of client trades across a range of investment and superannuation platforms, including direct ASX trading. Liv also prepares client Records of Advice (ROAs), sends trade recommendation emails, processes entitlement offers and share purchase plans, and can be contacted for stock enquiries.

Melanie (Mel) Cox, Administration Officer | contact: mel@dixonfg.com.au

Mel supports the team with a range of administrative duties, including document preparation, record management and client correspondence. Mel also works closely with Jon, providing dedicated administrative support while maintaining oversight of key tasks, deadlines, and client communications to help ensure a seamless client experience.

Pearl is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and assisting with general enquiries. Pearl helps ensure the smooth day to day operation of the office and can be contacted for appointment scheduling and administrative support.
